“ On this day, my wife and me just turned up without booking. We wanted to celebrate our 5th year's anniversary with cocktails and nice food. Service and the cocktails were nice and brilliant, the only negative point was the steak just a bit overcooked. I didn't make any problem with this, because I like that as well, I just gave a feedback for the manager personally. For this, we got an extra drinks even if we were happy with the food and the service as well. These guys know how to makes people more happier on the happy days. Well done! ”

“ We visited the bar restaurant during our holiday this week. The Slug & Lettuce like Southampton attracts more young people than the older generation we are both 58. However we found the decor and the ambiance very welcoming very clean albeit on a night that wasn't too busy. Sarah the waitress was very polite and helpful and made us feel welcome she even asked if my wife didn't have a gluten problem when she ordered the Peroni. As for the food we had the S&L Sharer a pint and a bottle of Peroni and three desserts as they were 3 for 7.00 total bill 28.00 not bad at all. I have added the pics of the food as we enjoyed it so much. We'll done The Slug & Lettuce and the same to Sarah ”
